Creating an email account in CPanel

1. Log in to your cpanel interface.
2. Find ‘email accounts’ in the email options box and click on it.
   
3. Fill in the form. Make sure you use a ‘strong’ password but one that you can remember. It is not possible to retrieve your password if you lose it, although you can reset it to a new one.
4. Click on  ’create account’ and you’re done! 
5. For AI Hosts customers, you can now use your email account with webmail or set it up to work with your preferred email client.
